FSC certification ensures that our products are made using materials sourced from responsibly managed forests, recycled sources, or controlled environments.

LIL MONTESS takes pride in offering only the highest quality products. If you find a fault with any of our items, we will do our best to replace it for you. Here's what to do if you discover a defect:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at hello@lilmontess.com
  • Attach photos of the defect to your message. Please note that defective claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Ensure that the item is unused, stain-free, unwashed, tags still attached, and it should be returned in its original packagin
  • Our customer service team will contact you and provide a return shipping label for the defective item.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a Gift Card or refund.

We offer reliable shipping options for all orders within Malaysia (e.g. Poslaju, Ninja Van etc.).

Yes, we can do our best to accommodate your request if you are within Klang Valley! Or you could opt for self-pick up at Verve Shops, Mont Kiara.
