At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia.

A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) confirms that a product complies with all applicable safety regulations for children's products. It is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on results from third-party testing conducted by a CPSC-approved laboratory. This certification ensures our products meet the highest safety standards for your child's well-being.

FSC certification ensures that our products are made using materials sourced from responsibly managed forests, recycled sources, or controlled environments.

This includes FSC-certified natural beech wood and non-toxic, water-based paints, ensuring a safe and sustainable play environment for your baby.

LIL MONTESS takes pride in offering only the highest quality products. If you find a fault with any of our items, we will do our best to replace it for you. Here's what to do if you discover a defect:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at hello@lilmontess.com
  • Attach photos of the defect to your message. Please note that defective claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Ensure that the item is unused, stain-free, unwashed, tags still attached, and it should be returned in its original packagin
  • Our customer service team will contact you and provide a return shipping label for the defective item.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a Gift Card or refund.
